Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application For Leaked: Mobile Detective ("the App"), created by Om Tripathi. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Fictional content

All cases, characters, messages, photos, emails, notes, calls, calendar events, files, and social feeds in the App are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, events, or devices is coincidental. The App does not access, display, or interact with any real data on your device or online accounts.

2. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our prior written permission.

3. Subscriptions

For Leaked offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions ("Leaked Pro") that unlock additional deductions and case endings. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal periods are shown in the App at the point of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Free trial periods, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Refunds

All purchases and refunds are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its artwork, text, code, design, characters, stories, and trademarks, is owned by Om Tripathi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Om Tripathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
